About the role:

You will work with young people and families in schools and homes in Powys to support those who are in receipt of intervention. You will undertake assessments of individual children and young people, preparing reports and translating assessments into plans

About you:

The right person will; Have good communication and listening skills. Be able to build good relationships with young people and families. Experience of report writing Experience of working with children and young people. Have a good understanding of child development.
