It has a large double bedroom which looks into the garden. Our large kitchen is big enough for a table and chairs and has an integrated Bosch gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom is a good size with a bath and power shower. The living room is a good size with high ceilings and has a large bay window which floods the room with natural light and plantation shutters for privacy when you want it.

There is plenty of storage space with 7 storage cupboards in the hallway. There is a large shed at the bottom of the garden that has electricity and internet. Great as a studio or workroom or even a summer house. There is waterproof quickstep luxury laminate flooring throughout the property that was installed in 2022 and has a 25 year guarantee. The bedroom is carpeted. Pets are allowed with the consent of the housing association and there are two parks within 5-10 minutes walk that are popular for dog walking.

In terms of accessibility, there is one step into the property and one step down into the garden which has a further step up to the lawn which leads to the shed. Though the hallway and doorways are wide enough for a standard wheelchair, the kitchen counters are standard height and the bathroom would require adaptions to be be accessible.

There are 2 tube stations, 2 overground stations and a national rail station all within 5-15 mins walk of the property. Queen’s Park is only a 10 minute walk away and West Hampstead is 15 minutes walk away, both have a lovely little farmers market on the weekend and a great selection of eateries and pubs. There’s a great independent theatre and cinema round the corner that offers residents discount and the local GP surgery is less than a 5 minute walk away.

I adore this flat but need more room as my disabled daughter now lives with me. We’re ideally looking for a 2 bedroom ground floor property but are open to a large one bed that could be easily converted into a 2 bedroom. We are willing to compromise if there is one flight of stairs into the property but no more due to my daughters mobility.

We would prefer a council property with RTB but are open to properties that do not meet this.

As my daughters healthcare is based in Camden, we would like to stay reasonably close to this area.

No high rises and nothing above the 1st floor please (exception for 1st & 2nd floor maisonettes).
