Dhyan Foundation is a spiritual and charitable organisation committed to the cause of spreading awareness about the authentic and undiluted path of yoga, the way it was laid down by Sage Patanjali over 5000 years ago.

Run solely by volunteers who are actively engaged in helping Creation, as driven and guided on the path of sadhana and service by Ashwini Guruji, a true living master.

PLEASE NOTE

Please bring/observe the following:

• A yoga mat, or a large towel, for the back and spine asans

• Remove all leather items (watch straps, belts etc) during the practice

• A light blanket, in case it is needed during dhyan (meditation) when the body temperatures can drop

• Wear loose comfortable clothing/socks
