The Role:
As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher and providing assistance to students in their final year of primary education. You will work closely with the teaching team to create a positive and stimulating learning environment, helping to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one support to students with specific learning needsAssisting with the planning and delivery of lessonsSupporting the social and emotional development of studentsEncouraging a positive and inclusive classroom cultureCollaborating with the class teacher and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the classroomRequirements:
To be successful in this role, you will:
