The role
To Support the Aftersales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day function of the Service Department, allocating work, motivating and supervising the team in the workshop and for ensuring safety, standards & efficiency by the technicians each day. Working closely with the service advisors to ensure all works booked in are achievable and planned to meet customer expectation, industry standards and technician workflow.
About you
You will have an NVQ level 3 - Motor trade and previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record. Strong communication skills with a flexible can-do approach. Leading a team of technicians and working as part of a team is essential. The right candidate will have knowledge of industry standards. Experienced in problem solving and analytical skills.
