Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining data ingestion pipelines from Workday to our third-party cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday integration tools, API development, and data pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

Experience with Workday's Integration Tools: MUST HAVE Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, XpressO and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)Design and implement data integration solutions from Workday to third-party cloud platforms.Data Pipeline Design and Management: Skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data pipelines.API Development and Management: Expertise in RESTful and SOAP APIs, including authorization, authentication, and error handling.Develop, test, and maintain APIs for efficient and secure data transfer.Create robust, scalable data pipelines for large-scale data ingestion and processing.Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.Data Security and Compliance: Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices in data security. Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration and API development.In-depth knowledge of Workday integration tools and cloud services.Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
