Our client is a family-run window cleaning business, that has been trading for 12 years based in Daventry. They are looking for hard-working and dedicated Window Cleaners to join their growing and inclusive team. This window cleaning role is a full-time position and is based in Daventry. This position offers a daily rate of £100 upwards depending on experience, flexible working hours and the chance to be part of a welcoming and diverse workplace culture. This is a self-employed position.

As a flexible Window Cleaner, you will primarily clean domestic and commercial windows and occasionally do other exterior cleaning jobs. Work is mainly carried out from the ground using the water-fed pole system. You may also be required to clean internal windows using traditional methods.

This position is Monday-Friday is 8am - 4pm, however the finish time can be flexible once the round is complete.

To apply for this Window Cleaner role, you will need to enjoy working outside and be willing to work in all weather conditions, not be afraid of hard work and desire to progress within the company and be rewarded for your work. A full driving license is also required. In addition, previous window cleaning experience would be advantageous but is not necessary as training will be provided.

As a vital member of the team and in return for your expertise, inclusive approach and commitment, we will provide a favourable rate of £100 per day upwards with opportunities to earn more through overtime and bonus performance schemes. This is a chance to join a passionate and welcoming team.
