Wholesale Merchandiser - Leading Fashion Supplier in Essex, office based (must be able to drive)

Duties and Responsibilities

Communication with buyers regarding proposed and existing orders. This involves initial design boards, choices, sample requests, amendments, approvals, price negotiations, quantities, order confirmations and purchase orders. Communication with factories in relation to samples, dispatch dates, prices, amendments, approvals, purchase orders, production space and production timelines. Raising internal dockets and purchase orders. Producing quote summary sheets for the buyer to receive order confirmations. Updating the critical path with new order confirmations and amendments. Managing cost trackers for price negotiations. Calculating commissions and royalties for our license design products. Collating, tracking, and organising samples to ensure they reconcile with the tech packs. Supporting the design department with previous sales order data. Requirements

Personal Skills:

You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise tasks based on importance and urgency.

High attention to detail to ensure data is input accurately. A team player with the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels. You will be self-motivated and driven to complete all tasks in a timely and effective manner. IT Skills: - Competent in Excel.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
