We are currently recruiting for a Fitness and Wellness Manager for thriving wellness and fitness centre in the Yateley area. Suited to an experienced Fitness or leisure Manager looking for a change, this facility has a host of great facilities for its residents.

You will need to be Level 3 Fitness Instructor ideally with a NPLQ or Emergency Pool responder qualification this is an excellent opportunity to make a difference to peoples fitness journeys.

Duties and responsibilities

Health and safety standards for the wellness centrePerformance management and training of the Wellness teamManage wellness shifts and assign daily tasks and duties to team colleaguesCoordinate and maintain the wellness centre policies and procedures manualIncrease new memberships and deliver induction courseEquipment and supplies are ordered and adhere to internal procurement policies and processesCoordinate and maintain the wellness centre policies and procedures manualAssist in overseeing wellness centre eventsAssist with the implementation of the group exercise instructor training program Qualifications:

Level 3 Fitness instructor / Personal trainer

First Aid at Work / Pool Responder / NPLQ

Pool Plant operations (or willing to undertake)

DBS (Or willing to undertake)
