Wellbeing and Safety Programme Co-ordinator Location: Anglian Eastern Region Contract: Full Time /Permanent Salary: circa GBP25k - GBP32k dependent on experience and skills

Who we are? Integrated Metering Developer Services (IMDS) - Part of the Anglian Water network, the IMDS delivers the household and business metering programme which includes installation or new meters, replacement, audits and any trials that may be required. They also lay new or diversion water mains as well as connections to new or existing developments. The Integrated Maintenance & Repair (IMR) Alliance - Part of the Anglian Water network, focuses on infrastructure maintenance work and is responsible for: water network pressure management, finding and fixing leaks, replacing lead pipes and repairing burst mains.
What will you be doing as a Wellbeing and Safety Programme Co-Ordinator? To support and assist the efficient and effective running of the LIFE programme for Water Services. You will be expected to fulfil the JRO with percentage of time against each key accountability area as agreed with your manager.
As Technical (FLM) support a key part of this role involves proactively supporting your Manager and will include duties as agreed.
As area support, a key part of this role will provide organisation and co-ordination for your managers and the LIFE programme team, which will include regional activities, with a particular level of confidentiality required.
A little bit about what experience, attributes are required . Personnel record keeping
General office admin and LIFE programme admin
LIFE Folders - Organising the documents, ensuring all docs are up to date, ensure folders are kept tidy
SAP - Raising PO's, Service Entries, Creating vendors, MVR Forms
Record and track attendees both prior to and following LIFE workshops/courses
Monitor and effectively deal with cancelations and changes
Ensure incoming contact from attendees and facilitators are directed to the right people
Assist in reporting LIFE numbers including, number of events and number of attendees
What skills and behaviours are required? GCSE Level or equivalent English
Good organisational administration skills
Computer literate in Microsoft applications
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Data Handling and spreadsheet preparations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to travel (will need a Drivers Licence)
It is essential to have excellent organisation skills
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
