I’ve used these over the last couple of years but have upgraded so no longer need them. Total weight included is over 120kg selling for a very good price for all that weight at under £1 a kilo PLUS 4 dumbells and a barbell! These will make a perfect set up for someone starting out or even someone who’s been training a while and wants the convenience of having kit at home for a workout.
