Job Tittle: Weekend Operator

Pay: GBP13 per hour - increases to GBP14.50per hour after 12 weeks.

Hours: 24h per week - option to do 32h per week with 1 shift mid week.

Shifts: Rotating Rota

Week 1: Fri & Sat: 10pm-10am

Week 2: Sat & Sun: 10am-10pm

HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Weekend Grinder Operator. The Grinder Operator will be a multi-skilled process associate who is responsible achieving maximum efficiency of our clients Grinder process whilst ensuring highest Safety and Quality standards are maintained. The grinder operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the processing areas.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain excellent grinder efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate any deviation from standard or planSupport peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the processing areaBe responsible for the achievement of GMP/GHP process scoreEnsure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standardActively participate in Operational processes that support the improvement of our business performanceEnsure Critical Control Points and mandatory Quality checks are completed as required and deviations are escalated through FMOS using the appropriate channelIdentify and deliver continuous improvement ideas to support fulfilment of the site goals & strategy If interested please click 'Apply Now!'
