```Duties```

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

- Implement design concepts into functional websites using front-end frameworks like React and Bootstrap

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences

- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability

- Ensure website compatibility across different browsers and devices

- Perform ongoing website maintenance and updates

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role

- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies

- Strong knowledge of web design principles and best practices

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools like Axure

- Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize website performance

- Understanding of interaction design and user-centered design principles

- Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Bootstrap is a plus

- Familiarity with preprocessors like Less or Sass is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

- Knowledge of current web design trends and techniques

- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends
