The Position

Applications are invited for a Wash Operative at the SecAnim, Widnes site. This is a full time, permanent position working 12–hour shifts, days and nights, on 3 week shift pattern. You will also be required to work additional cover shifts to cover for sickness/holiday absence.

As a Wash Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company's requirements but will include:

Washing and disinfecting vehicles and trailers.Tipping loaded raw material trailers and vehicles where required.Maintaining good standards of housekeeping in the vehicle wash and associated areas around the site.Completing work records as required including wash certification.Daily checks of trailers on site.Tipping and cleaning raw material bins as required.Any other ad hoc duties as required by management. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence.Must be able to prioritise the workload.Have good communication skills.Be flexible with working hours.Be self–motivated with the ability to work as a team and use their own initiative.Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous although training will be provided where necessary.
