VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC, THIS COULD BE FOR YOU

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team in Bradford. As a leading automotive company, we are committed to providing high–quality products and services to our customers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive prompt and efficient resolution for any warranty claims they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

– Process and manage warranty claims submitted by customers, dealerships, and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.– Review and validate warranty claims according to company policies and procedures.– Communicate with customers, dealerships, and suppliers to gather necessary information and documentation for warranty claims.– Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, service, and finance to ensure proper handling of warranty claims.– Investigate and resolve any warranty claim disputes.– Maintain accurate and up–to–date records of warranty claims and related data.– Monitor warranty claim trends and provide recommendations for improvements to the warranty process.– Keep up–to–date with industry standards and regulations related to warranty claims.

Qualifications:

– Minimum NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair– Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.– Strong analytical and problem–solving skills.– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.– Knowledge of automotive parts and components is an asset.– Experience with warranty management systems is preferred.
