Position: Warranty Coordinator

Salary: 30.000 + Bonus

Location: Dorking

Shift: Monday - Friday - 37.5hrs a Week

What the job involves as a Warranty Coordinator

You will be required to support activity that leads to customer satisfaction in after sales support provision through the processing of warranty claims from world-wide network of customers, distributors and depots.Analyse fault reasons and participate in corrective action programs to eliminate root causes.Coordinating parts back from world-wide network through to our suppliers for investigation and cost recovery.Desirable Attributes as Warranty Coordinator
