Full time: Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am-2:30pm

Park time: Various hours available.

Your role will be to speak to individuals who have enquired (directly on our website or via a third party) regarding Private Health/Life Insurance. You will qualify warm leads for consultants to advise on a private insurance policy that best suites the individual s needs. Providing a professional, efficient, courteous and accurate service to our customers. This is a fast-paced role, where you will deal with both individual and team targets.

• Experience of working in a contact centre environment ideal, but not

essential! We have the tools to teach you.

• You communicate well, great at building trusting relationships and can

adapt your style, depending on who you are speaking with.

• Ability to maintain a positive and proactive manner in carrying out all tasks.

• Acting as a champion for change and contributing to a great team spirit.

• Passion for quality in the highest levels and standards of service.

• Demonstration, resilience and the tenacity to succeed.
