Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm

Location:

Euroway Industrial Estate, Bradford

Salary:

31,500

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our warehouse during the shift

Your main duties will include:

Managing and supervising a team of warehouse workers to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks Control of Stock Coordinating and assigning work tasks to team members Operating forklifts and other equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols Training new employees on warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Experience

Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role Experience in managing of Stock Control - inbound, outbound. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage workflows 2 years supervisory experience within a 3PL warehouse environment. Continuous Improvements Managing change in processes Ability to operate forklifts - Counterbalance and VNA are desirable Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Physical fitness for heavy lifting and materials handling requirements If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse operations, we would love to hear from you.
