My client is looking for a Warehouse Planning Manager based in Leicester to join their team.

My client is a leading 3PL Provider.

The key responsibilities of the Warehouse Planning Manager based in Leiestershire are including but not limited to the following.

Create and maintain a dynamic planning model to align inventory levels with forecasted demand.Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimise stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and ensure product availability.Monitor and analyse inventory performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.Coordinate with warehouse operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and on-time delivery.Implement and refine order prioritisation processes based on customer requirements and product availability.Optimise resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and storage space, to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.Work closely with HR to forecast staffing needs and ensure adequate training for warehouse personnel.Continuously evaluate and enhance planning processes to improve overall efficiency and responsiveness to market changes.Implement best practices for demand planning, inventory control, and order fulfilment.Utilise data analytic tools to generate reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).Present findings to leadership and recommend strategic adjustments as necessary.
