We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based near Quedgeley, Gloucester to work on a day shift, this is a temp to perm placement for the right candidate.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for handling, packing, and dispatching goods, ensuring that all processes are carried out accurately and in a timely manner. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organised workspace are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack orders.Conduct regular stock checks.Always ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.Assist in maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is desirable but not essential.Ability to lift and move objects.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Basic numeracy and literacy skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and a commitment to meeting targets.
