My Client is one of the region's leading health food manufacturers and retailers. Our client provides wholesome food options within the UK.

Based at their distribution centre in Stockport, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the warehouse operations and ensuring efficient preparation and dispatch of our health food products.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising all warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination. Your duties will include:

Overseeing the packing staff and ensuring products are packed to the highest standards.

Managing the warehouse team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Implementing and maintaining efficient warehouse processes.

Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Training and developing warehouse staff.

Conducting regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

Handling any escalated issues related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the distribution industry.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to analyse and optimise warehouse processes.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Proficient in using warehouse management systems.

Previous experience in managing a team

In date FLT Counterbalance licence

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 0700hrs - 1500hrs
