PRIVATE RENTING - BOTH IN FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT!!

Me and my partner are looking for a 2-3 bed property anywhere around Dartford, Bexley and Bromley for £1000 pcm as a maximum. Needs to be allowed to have children stay as we have shared custody of 3 every other weekend!

We would be looking to move in for the first weekend in February as this is when our current tenancy ends for a minimum of 1 year.

We have work references for the past 4-5 years and we have rented in the past so would be happy to provide references for that also.

Ideally we would prefer the zero deposit scheme however if the right place come up we would also be willing to discuss the deposit.

Anyone who knows anyone or has anything in these areas please let me know!
