Im in search of renting, either - a; 1)smallholding

2)secure yard

3)plot of land / Field / Woodland 4)Farm with outbuildings / Barns

Or something similar…

(Ideally not too close to the ‘main farm’ and buildings lived in by the owner)

I am a 34 year old single working male and like to Keep myself to myself.

I Work full time running my own business.

Can provide positive ‘references’, ‘a deposit’, ‘first months rent’ & ‘recent bank statements’ etc.

(if required)

I simply require somewhere - A retreat of my own with enough space to place my small caravan and ideally a small parcel of land to create a nice garden area to enjoy the summer and also have some space to be able to grow my own vegetables & fruit would be amazing!

It would be used solely by myself (and my dog) - so I can live in my small & towable caravan.

With the cost of living situation worsening i have no desire to find a house to rent and instead am In hope of continuing my cheaper, stress free, peaceful, ‘off-grid’ way of living!

An ‘Electric supply’ is not essential

(but would be an advantage).

I currently have a small (*silent*) generator that I can use, however i am soon to be replacing it by fitting solar panels to the roof.

A close-by ‘Water supply’ would also be an advantage - (but again not essential!)

Also some outdoor space would be required for my dog to be able get out and play / exercise - she is a lovely 6 year old ‘bullmastiff’ called Marnie who is absolutely lovely and amazing with humans / children etc and does exactly as she is told, but, responsibly always kept under my full control!

Relatively good ‘access’ would be required for my car and caravan to enter and exit!

A gated / secure entrance in some form would be ideal but not essential.

I am Prepared to pay anywhere between £250-£1,000 PCM.

(Depending on the property - Type / size / amenities.. etc)

Ideal Location would Preferably be Within a 30mile radius of Barnstaple, North Devon, EX32.
