We are two young professionals trying to relocate to Newcastle - I am starting a new job in the built heritage sector with Northumberland County Council and Clement works as a remote fundraiser.

We are looking for:

- a 2-bedroom flat (open to a 3-bedroom flat option too potentially)

- move in date ASAP

- located in central Newcastle or neighbouring areas within reasonable walking/cycling distance to the city centre and transport links to Morpeth

- parking is also a requirement, since I'll be driving for work sometimes

- our budget is no more than £1000 per month

- our ideal term would be of 6 months initially, but we are open to discussions.

Both of us are friendly and easygoing, as well as tidy, clean, and respectful of people's spaces. We can provide references upon request.
