I am looking for a 1 bedroom home to live in. that can be financed with DSS/LHA. Deposit and so forth is not a problem and looking for move as soon as possible. Looking for a reasonably long tenancy and wish to look after a home. And have somewhere to cope with my disabilities which are not mobility. Ideally looking for the Openshaw,Gorton,Clayton,Droyslden areas or that general area. Avoiding Levenshulme,Longsight,Rusholme.

A tenancy agreement will be required and obviously a viewing.
