This is a fun class for everyone who enjoys a good walk but knows strength training is essential to living a healthy independent life.
We generally cover between 4- 5km per hour stopping every so often for some strength with bands.
This is a very social class so be prepared to chat and giggle your way round. We often head to a pub for a cuppa after - purely optional.
