Here we have for sale our lovely Volvo Olympian Double decker bus. Bought by us with the intention in converting into accommodation for visiting family and friends. Plans have now changed and she is up for sale.

We have stripped it out in preparation, but still have all the seats which are included in the sale.

We have owned her since October 2022, and she has been moved about on a regular basis. Starts on the button, drives, and stops as it should. The V5 is in my name registered to my address.

She came up from Edinburgh where she started life as a Stagecoach bus, but was removed from service due to disability regulations. She then was put into service as a school bus in Edinburgh (hence her very fetching livery) until she had to be removed from service for the same reasons.

We paid £6,600 for the bus and delivery to us. She was driven here from Edinburgh as she was fully MOT'd at the time, and that only expired in Jan 2023.

We have maintained her mechanically whilst she has been with us by starting her up and moving her around regularly. We have very recently fitted 2 new batteries at a cost of £300 to keep her sharp on the start. When we purchased her we were assured that she had maintained within an inch of her life as she was in service as a public vehicle. This schedule was a 4 - 6 weekly inspection and obviously MOT's etc.

She has a Volvo engine with a ZF automatic gearbox, an Alexander body. and 3 former keepers.

She has been de-decaled ready for preparation to paint. We intended on painting her British racing green and have bought the paint, which we can include for full asking price.

Ideal for static use including: Cafe, Classroom, Static Glamping, airbnb, Workshop, Bar, Farm Shop (or similar). Man/Woman cave. Bar, Pizza parlour, Or even living accommodation. The uses are endless.

As befits an older girl.... she has some age related scratches, scrapes, and little dings and some of the window rubbers will need attention.
