This conversion has been a passion project for a number of years and has been gradually built up over time, unfortunately due to ULEZ charges I am having to sell it.

This vehicle is ideal for someone who is looking to further convert the van into a camper to suit their needs as all of the fundamental work such as insulation, carpeting, electrics and cladding has been carried out. It works great as a day van as well. Perfect for someone who wants to camp discreetly using it as a stealth camper but it is also perfectly suited to campsites where you can operate on either leisure battery and inverted power or mains hookup.

Modifications – Electrical

**Electrical will need inspecting by a qualified electrician as this is a DIY conversion**

• Split charge relay kit with fitted with Isolation and 105Ah Leisure Battery

• 1500w Power Inverter providing 240v power through 2 gang socket with 2 x USB charger

o Combined with 240v Hookup connection and changeover switch to conveniently allow either mains hookup power or inverted power from battery

o Mains hookup includes smart battery charger to charge leisure battery while camping

• Autoterm Planar 2D 2kW Diesel Heater undermounted below drivers’ seat position

• 12v Fuse board powering

o 4 x 12v LED Downlights

o 12v Tap and Fresh and waste water containers with small butler sink

o 12v Socket Outlet

o 2Kw Diesel Heater

• Nocco Genius 5 Smart Battery Charger

• 240v Hookup Connection Lead

Modifications – Conversion

• Insulated to a professional standard including; (Build photos available on request)

o Silent coat 2mm sound dampening mat through the rear half of the van

o 12mm Foil backed Insulation throughout rear half of van

o 50mm Thermo fleece in all larger cavities

• 12mm Floor with vinyl tiles for hardwearing and easy cleaning

• Deep side and rear door threshold strips to accommodate new floor

• Fully carpet lined to a high standard

• 12mm Tongue and Groove cladding installed with danish oil finish

• Pullout Kitchen unit with integrated stove and storage, water storage and butler sink

• Convertible Sofa/Bed with custom cushions which houses electrical components, chemical toilet and pullout trunk storage. Convertible from sofa to bed in seconds

• Side cabinet with tambour style sliding doors

• Stitches and Steel tarp awning with roof rail and 2x aluminum poles also included

All cabinets easily removed if you ever need to use the vehicle as a van, just as easily reinstalled.
