This vintage Dansette record player is ideal for a vintage record collector and vinyl enthusiast.
The beautiful design and quality craftsmanship have stood the test of time, making it a true collectible. It is an item dating back to the late 1950s and it has needed love and care over the years and we had it refurbished 5 years ago by a reputable restoration specialist. It is a beautiful player and whilst it's 60-65 years old, it still brings real warmth when playing old records. It plays 33, 45 and 78 speeds and plugs straight in. Speakers are built into the player as it was designed as an all in one player. The unit box is a Dansette Major, as labelled, housing a Monarch playing system. Aside from a few surface marks and ageing around the hinges, it looks in great condition and we have kept it clean.
Made in London (United Kingdom), it is a piece of history that will add charm to any room. Featuring all the necessary components to play your favourite records, this turntable is a great addition to any collection. The manufacturer warranty is not applicable for this item, but it has been well-maintained and is in good working condition. Please note we have listed as a collection as the Dansette is a vintage item and needs careful transit ideally.
A great chance to own this piece of nostalgia and I hope it brings its new owner as much pleasure it has done for us.
