An extremely rare original and unused bicycle chain in original tin and packaging.

Chaine “Vita Speciale” pour Coureurs from Acier-Electique.

A beautifully crafted chain of the highest quality. The tin featuring an image of Leon Vanderstufyt breaking the land speed record on 29th of September 1928. The note remarks that the chain he used was the Vita chain.

This must date from the 1930’s but hard to find any information on this chain or brand.

A true piece of cycling history and sports collectible. This is really a museum piece. The perfect ornament and talking point.
