These are all Viners designs from the 1960's and 70's, made in stainless steel, most in unused new condition or very lightly used.
The first canteen shown in photos 1 to 6 is of a Viners design which has no known name, and is called 'Unknown 7' on another site. It is probably a design of the late 1960's or early 70's, and features an attractive geometric 'brickwork' pattern, shown in the third photo. It is a 44 piece set for six people, all brand new in original wrapping, and I am asking £90 for it.
The second canteen in photos 7 to 10 is not the original box, and I am hoping to find a more suitable one for it. They show a brand new set of Viners 'Edelweiss', a design featuring the Edelweiss flower motif on a matt background, and is probably from the late 60's or early 70's. There are 42 items without serving spoons. I am asking £85 for it, just about £2 per item.
The third canteen in photos 11 to 15 is a Viners set of 58 pieces for 8 people. I am not certain of its name, but it may be 'Richmond'. It has a pretty floral design, and is in brand new condition. I am asking £120 for it.
The fourth canteen in photos 16 to 19 is of the very popular Profile design, a 70's forerunner of most modern designs which rely on shape alone for their visual appeal. The canteen contains a 44 piece set for six people in new condition, and I am asking £70 for it, a litttle more than £1.50 an item.
Please note I have hundreds of Viners and Oneida single items which can be purchased separately to add to or replace items in your set. Please ask and I may well be able to provide what you are looking for.
