A vibrating exercise plate from Vibrapower, this is the “disc 2” model. Comes with 2 stretchy handles to exercise your arms whilst on the machine. Remote control can be used to change the speed/intensity or the time the vibrating plate moves for. There is also an exercise dvd that shows a guided full body workout from 3 mins to 10 mins.

Very easy to use and it is sturdy so you do feel safe when standing/sitting/ balancing on the machine. In very good condition and in full working order (see photo with display illuminated).
