Veterinary Surgeon

Salary up to GBP65,000 depending on experience
We are looking for a fantastic Veterinary Surgeon to take care of a mixed caseload at Otter Vets!
Duties include routine fertility visits, TB testing, day-to-day farm visits, 1st opinion equine work, including vaccinations, dentals and lameness exams. Our ideal candidate is an experienced vet who has worked with a mixed caseload, however, if you have an interest in working with small or large animals please apply!
Flexible Shifts that Work for You
We are excited to offer a shift pattern that fits around our successful candidate. Currently, our vets are working part-time on a varied shift pattern, our full Time Vets work 10 hours across 4 days per week. There is a requirement to work 1:5 weekends on call.

We are a mixed practice providing veterinary care with a community feel for Pets, Farms and Equine animals. We currently have 7 Veterinary Surgeons and 4 Nurses who work between both sites.
Our team is established in the community and takes part in a variety of charity events including running a fun dog show, coffee mornings and Christmas stalls.
