The role
Joining our professional, personable team at our Solihull practice, close to Birmingham City Centre. you'll deliver exceptional care by going beyond consulting to listen and empathising, putting patients and clients first, always.
As qualified MRCVS, you'll already have good experience gained in small animal practice. You'll be competent in clinical examination and surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer skills essential to working effectively, building trusting relationships with your colleagues, harnessing our one team culture. You will also display good communication skills and the desire to share your knowledge and skills by being an outstanding, positive example to others.

The role is working 4 days per week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary and Benefits
Salary up to GBP70,000 per annum depending on experience

Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. You must have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically and have the drive and ambition to help develop this practice further.

Solihull is situated 7.5 miles southwest of Birmingham and 18 miles northwest of Warwick, with Birmingham Airport easily reachable in just 15 minutes. The large affluent town boasts historic architecture and is surrounded by picturesque countryside with nearly three-quarters of the borough defined as Green Belt.
Our busy branch provides excellent facilities and a comprehensive range of additional services including digital x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, capnography, ECG and soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. You will be exposed to a varied and interesting caseload as part of our bustling and tight-knit community.
You will be joining a well-established team which includes 3 vets and 5 support staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to be part of a supportive team with a multitude of skills.
