Swindon

Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

22,000 - 28,000 DOE

We have partnered with a fantastic client in the events industry, who are seeking a Venue finding specialist to join their team in Swindon. You will be responsible for locating and securing suitable venues for various events, and increasing the company profile.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing of suppliers internationally and in the UKNegotiating to agree the best ratesPaying high attention to detail when contract checkingBuild and develop client relationships

Requirements:

1 year experience in a venue-finding roleHighly organisedIndustry knowledgeAttention to detail to ensure that the chosen venue enhances the overall success of the eventCommunication skills both written and verbalExperienced MS userGood understanding of UK Geography
