Vehicle ProgressorCordwallis Group are seeking an experienced Vehicle Progressor within our Commercial Vehicle Sales Department at our busy Heathrow base.This role involves ensuring our customers receive an efficient and customer centric experience, ensuring a fast speed to sale and smooth handover of all new and used vehicles. This role also provides a vital link between the service department and the sales team. The successful candidate will have the ability to process and update accurate records of all vehicle deliveries and all work approved to be carried out on the preparation of vehicles in a timely manner.Attention to detail is an absolute must – the Vehicle Progressor is responsible for all used vehicles advertised for sale, how they are presented in line with brand standards, along with developing online presence of vehicles to a wider audience.Along with vehicles, this role also ensures that the forecourt and showroom vehicle display is always presented with impeccable standards, meeting all VW Franchise and Cordwallis Group requirements at all times.You will join a proactive team of talented and dedicated sales personnel. This role is crucial to the background operations of the sales department, ensuring that brand and company standards are upheld, key processes are followed and timely information is shared with both customers and relevant stakeholders in the business.Candidates must be self starters with the ability to take the initiative, driven, have a genuine interest in commercial vehicles and the desire to give first class service to our customers.
