Goldheart Automotive is a sports & performance car dealership specialising in ‘smiles per miles’ but we’re not your typical dealership. Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by the mantra: Passion, performance & perfection. We’re passionate about cars, people and the work we do. We’re performance-driven and reward based on hard-work and results. And finally, we strive for perfection in everything we do.
We look for these 3 qualities in everyone who joins us.
Values
Passionate: passion creates pride and we’re big believers in doing what you enjoy. There’s no point in getting out of bed every day for a job you hate so you must enjoy what you do and where you work!
Performance driven: hard-working and willing to put in some ‘elbow grease’. We’re target driven and performance based. You’ll get rewarded based on your results and reap the rewards that come with it
Perfection: perfection is an impossible feat but we try bloody hard to achieve it! We’re not the type of company who expect you to focus on quantity over quality. In fact, we want you to take that extra time and care to get the job done right
