Senior Valuation Surveyor / Valuer Associate

Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy with 10+ offices UK wide and over 1000 staff are looking to recruit an Associate Director within commercial valuation to be based out of thier Bristol office. Our client cover all mainstream commercial asset classes as well as the alternative sector for secured lending purposes. The team would also be invovled in residential development valuations.

What s needed for the role?

MRICS qualified and RICS registered valuer. Two years valuation experience. Experience of valuing mainstream commercial assets. Varying assets is desirable. Ideally experience of development appraisals. Driven, with a desire to progress their career. Going above and beyond to aid the growth of the business and themselves. Ability to assist a team.
