Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.Craft and implement UX/UI strategies that align with our brand and user needs, enhancing customer journeys and interactions.Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups that clearly communicate design ideas and solutions.Work collaboratively with product owners and developers, advocating for user-centric design principles and ensuring seamless implementation.Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance user experience continually.

What Skills We're Looking For:

Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing creative and effective design solutions.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Motion design experience would be a major plus - or ability to envision design elements that can be subcontracted to people with relevant skill sets.Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and strategies.Experience working with Agile methodologies.
