Utility Surveyor Central Belt Scotland
Our client
We are excited to be working with a leading firm of chartered surveyors. With a strong presence built on a long legacy and a proven track record of investing in staff.
They advise and manage a range of client projects across a range of sectors, working on nationally significant infrastructure projects.
The role
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a rural professional to join the team as a Utility Surveyor. Main duties are to undertake the acquisition of land/rights in land and carry out compensation work including utility and infrastructure projects at a range of levels.
With a flexible working pattern, your time will be split between the office in the area, working from home, and some site work.
The candidate
Either from a rural chartered surveyor background MRICS or alternatively a land rights officer who could be put through training to achieve Associate RICS status.
Because of the varied nature of work, our client is open to discussing candidates from a range of backgrounds, and salary will be in line with experience and with very real career progression opportunities.
