As a Use of Force Instructor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues are well–equipped to handle their responsibilities, promoting safety and excellence in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver dynamic Use of Force training to new and existing colleagues.Work in partnership with the Home Office & External Stakeholders in delivering trainingCollaborate with Stakeholders to tailor training to various learning styles, neurodiversity needs, and individual requirements.Report to the Training Manager and support the Regional Training Manager in promoting training across the organization. Location:
Initially based near Bedford for 9 months, the role will later move to Manston with travel to Heathrow and Gatwick.
Salary and Hours:
Salary: GBP34,000 + extensive benefitsWorking hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a people–facing role.Minimum 1 year's experience in a fast–paced environment working autonomously.Good level of physical fitness and resilience for delivering physical Use of Force training.Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required. Desirable:
Relevant industry accreditations and qualifications (Education and training qualification level 3 or equivalent) are desirable.Previous coaching & teaching experience is desirable.Previous Use of Force, First Aid, or Health & Safety instructor training is desirable but not essential.
