My name is Zoe, and I'm a 6-year-old female Mastiff mix. I'm a good-sized gal at 110 pounds, and sometimes my size makes it hard to play with the little guys. See, I used to live with a tiny 8-pound dog, and I accidentally hurt his leg a little bit. I certainly didn't mean to, but that's why I'm here at BDHP looking for a home that may be a better fit. I also used to live with two cats and three small children, so I am
indeed good with cats, the little humans, and other dogs - though maybe larger dogs work better with my size. I'm house-trained and leash-trained, and I know what "sit," "come," and "lay down" mean. I haven't been allowed on your human furniture in the past, and my foster family will be working with me so I can be trusted more with free-roam. Thunder... I'm not a fan! Thunderstorms are very scary for me, so I will need you to show me some love when the sky starts rumbling to help me through the storm. Minor things that we can work on together, so please ask about a pretty special gal... me, Zoe, when you fill out your application! To see the most up to date adoption status of this dog please visit
This is just one of hundreds of gentle giants available for adoption at BDHPI! It is best not to get your heart set on any one particular dog upfront because there is no guarantee they will still be available once you are approved or that they are even the right match for your family. Purebred puppies are only eligible for adoption to giant breed experienced homes.
