Zara is a "special" dog who will need a very special (patient and dog-savvy) adopter. Zara was found in the desert in really bad shape. In any other shelter she likely would have been put down immediately, but thanks to PACC and her dedicated foster, she was saved and is recovering nicely. However, it's apparent that Zara never knew humans or dogs before she was found, so she has a LONG way to go before she becomes a "normal" dog.Zara currently lives happily with other dogs and children, but I would not call her "safe" for public outings or with other children. 　　Our dog adoption fees range from $150-$240 depending on the dog's age, and our cat fees range from $45-120.
