Yogi 30028's story
Yogi is a 3-year-old female Husky mix who must be spayed before she is adopted. She came to PAHS after an Animal Control Officer picked her up out in the county and her owner never came looking for her. Yogi has the rich, dense coat that is typical of a Husky. She is black with gorgeous white markings; and she has sky blue eyes that are stunning! Yogi currently weighs 43 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized adult dog. She is a bit shorter than a typical Husky. Huskies are known to be active dogs and Yogi is no exception. She is frisky, loves to be outdoors, and she would be appreciate a nice fenced yard where she can safely play. Yogi is good with other dogs and would be just fine with children. Since Huskies are known hunters we would suggest she not be in a home with cats. Please come out and meet our resident beauty queen--Yogi! She is a sweetheart!
Dogs can be adopted for $120. Cat adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
