　　Rosalee will fill your life with sweetness!

　　This Southern belle is Rosalee, a one to two year old female yellow Labrador retriever mix. She has a thick yellow coat and is a large dog, weighing about 40 pounds and could stand to gain a bit more. She is not as big as some labs, though, sort of a large medium sized dog. Rosalee was pulled from our local animal shelter where she had been picked up by Animal Control as a stray and been down there for almost two months so it was time to get her out of there. She had a bad gash/cut on her leg that was treated and has healed up.

　　Rosalee is a typical lab: very happy and excited to meet you, full of energy and loves to play. But she can calm down and settle down after some of her energy has been used up. That is the key -- you will need to help her use up that energy! Rosalee will require a fenced in yard and is too energetic for an apartment. She seems to be good with dogs and will be good with children but they must by 12 and up due to her still being jumpy and might knock over a small child accidentally. Rosalee is up to date on her vet care, spayed and is heartworm negative. She is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention.
