I have an excellent survivor of WWII. This is an officers desk made use of for daily tasks, that needed a clean flat surface where to do company. This desk is so designed to be a crate when unassembled, it has four working latches that keep it protect. When the lid is removed, it connects to the side and has folding legs that make it tough. It is my understanding that a few of these even have a stool that featured but I do not have it. Also, there is one drawer missing but it is the botom one, so storage is still feasable.
