My story

　　Meet Woodrow! Woodrow is a sweet mostly chocolate Lab boy, 65-75 pounds, approx 5-6 years old. He is going to make someone a great companion dog! Woodrow gets along great with all dogs. He is doesnt pay attention to horses, chickens and tested fine around a cat. In fact, the cat swatted him and he walked away. He loves to be around his person and loves to just follow you around. A stay-at-home or work-from-home individual would be ideal that can shower him with love. Woodrow even when dogs are playing around him, he prefers to be right by your side. He sits on cue and he is house trained. He would be a fantastic companion dog for a single individual that would give him all the attention he deserves. He will be apprehensive at first getting around men, but with patients he warms up and then fine. Theres absolutely no aggression in Woodrow at all he is definitely a lover. He would do best around older kids or teens versus young babies since he is a bigger dog and doesnt give you much personal space, but its only because he craves to be acknowledged. Poor fellow must have not gotten very much attention in the past and his medical vetting speaks volumes, so he longs for someone to just love him and in return, you will wonder who rescued who. Woodrow unfortunately did test positive for heart worms, but we are treating him at no cost to an adoptive family. Woodrow has been recently medically vetted; neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines plus microchipped.
