Old wooden mortar has design carved around outside. Looks to be well used. Measures 7" in height and 8" in diameter. The iron pestle has a colored etched design on the overall length. It is 12" long and weighs a hefty 4 lbs. This item was originally purchased in Turkey in 1967 and is probably in excess of 100 years old. Makes for a very interesting conversation piece.
