My girlfriend has finally decided that she doesn't want to hand on to her old wedding ring set. She had them both appraised at Fletcher Smith's in Conway fall of 2011. The description below is how the appraisal reads. A copy of it will be provided if you so desire.
The platinum engagement style ring is six pronged set with a marquise shaped brilliant diamond that weighs approximately 0.33CT. The diamond is H-I in color and I1-I2 in clarity. The diamond measures 65.0x3.70mm. The ring is channel set on the outside with twelve-2.0mm round brilliant cut diamonds that weigh approximately 0.03CT each. The ring is channel set down the side and outsides of the shank with thirty-eight-straight baguette shaped diamonds that measure 1.50x1.0mm and weigh approximately 0.01CT each. The baguettes and round diamonds are all H-I in color and I1-I2 in clarity. The ring is a finger size 5.5 and weighs 4.0dwt.

The ring is also channel set with eight-straight baguette shaped diamonds that measure 2.0x1.0mm and weigh approximately 0.01CT each. All of the diamonds are H-I in color and SI1-SI2 in clarity. The ring is a finger size 6 and weighs 2.1dwt.

We took the set to a jeweler in Little Rock recently and them cleaned & polished. He also inspected the rings and our appraisal and agreed with the values listed. We are asking $2,500.
