This clown, dressed in a red and white

　　polka dot fit and matching hat is a riot. You wind him up and he jerks his head around while he plays music. The body appears to be made from styrafoam, as it's extremely light weight and his outfit is made out of nylon. I discover no maker recognition, nor do I know how old it is. He stands about 11" tall and has a huge red plastic nose.
